How to Cancel My Order

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Request Within 10 Minutes:
    • You can request order cancellation within 10 minutes of placing your order.
    • Please provide a valid reason for the cancellation.
  2. After 10 Minutes:
    • We cannot accept cancellation requests after 10 minutes as we begin processing orders promptly.
    • If the product has already been printed or packaged, it cannot be canceled.
  3. Cancellation Fees:
    • If your cancellation request is accepted, a cancellation fee will apply.
    • Our support team will contact you to discuss the fees and confirm your request before proceeding with the cancellation.

How to Request a Cancellation:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the Profile section and select My Orders.
  3. Find the order you wish to cancel and submit a cancellation request.
