Cancellation Policy:
- Request Within 10 Minutes:
- You can request order cancellation within 10 minutes of placing your order.
- Please provide a valid reason for the cancellation.
- After 10 Minutes:
- We cannot accept cancellation requests after 10 minutes as we begin processing orders promptly.
- If the product has already been printed or packaged, it cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation Fees:
- If your cancellation request is accepted, a cancellation fee will apply.
- Our support team will contact you to discuss the fees and confirm your request before proceeding with the cancellation.
How to Request a Cancellation:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Profile section and select My Orders.
- Find the order you wish to cancel and submit a cancellation request.
