  1. Eligibility for Exchange:
    We only accept exchange requests for misprinted, damaged, or defective items. Any claims for such issues must be submitted within 10 days of the delivery date as indicated by the shipment tracking information.
  2. Exchange Process:
    To initiate the exchange process, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Support:
Before proceeding with the exchange, reach out to our dedicated Customer Support team at help@vexelartist.com within the stipulated 10-day period. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and attach unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects.

b. Packaging Images:
Additionally, include images of the original packaging to help us understand the issue better and ensure a smooth exchange process.

c. Verification and Approval:
Our Customer Support team will review your exchange request and the provided documentation. If the issue is verified to be a misprint, damage, or defect, we will approve your exchange request.

d. Instructions for Return:
Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective item to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.

e. Replacement Process:
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will proceed with sending you a replacement item of the same price and variant as your original purchase. If the exact item is not available, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

  1. Non-Exchangeable Items:
    Please note that we do not accept exchange requests for items that are not misprinted, damaged, or defective. We also do not provide refunds; only exchanges for items of the same price are eligible.
  2. Shipping Costs:
    In cases of misprinted, damaged, or defective items, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and exchange process.
  3. Cancellations:
    Cancellations for exchange requests will only be considered before the item has been shipped. Once the item has been shipped, the exchange process must be followed as outlined above.

Vexel Artist reserves the right to refuse any exchange requests that do not meet the criteria mentioned in this policy.
